These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of Trader's Second Brain (“TSB”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) websites, web application, public guides and tools, prop-firm research, standalone digital products, and related support or referral services that link to these Terms.
By accessing or using a covered product or service, you agree to these Terms. If a product page, checkout, affiliate agreement, or signed agreement provides additional terms, those specific terms also apply. If there is a conflict, the more specific terms govern that product or transaction to the extent of the conflict.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us if you believe your account or connected service has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
Products Covered
- TSB web application. The journal, imports, dashboards, reviews, backtesting, AI-assisted tools, reports, prop-account workflows, and other app features available to your plan or entitlement.
- Standalone digital products. Notion workspaces or templates, trackers, toolkits, downloads, and bonuses delivered outside or alongside the web application.
- Public research and utilities. Guides, calculators, quizzes, prop-firm directories, comparisons, rankings, rule explanations, country checks, and offer information.
- Support and partner services. Product support, editorial corrections, affiliate or referral programs, and other services that expressly link to these Terms.
Licence and Product Access
Subject to these Terms and the product-specific offer, TSB grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the product for its intended purpose. A “lifetime” offer means access for the supported lifetime of that purchased product, not the lifetime of any person, company, device, third-party platform, or unchanged feature set.
Standalone templates and downloads are licensed for your own use unless the product page expressly grants broader rights. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or make the product or substantial copies available to others.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse TSB, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, probe or exploit vulnerabilities, upload unlawful or harmful material, access another user's data, automate abusive traffic, scrape protected areas, reverse-engineer restricted code, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
Your Content and Trading Data
You retain ownership of the trading records, notes, screenshots, files, and other content you submit. You grant TSB the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, display, back up, and transmit that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the features you use. You represent that you have the right to provide the content and connect any account or service you authorize.
No Financial Advice
TSB is an educational, journaling, research, and analytics system. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, brokerage, or trading advice. Scores, rankings, simulations, backtests, prop-firm rule checks, AI-assisted outputs, and historical performance are informational and may be incomplete or wrong. They do not guarantee future results, challenge success, payouts, firm availability, or profitability. You remain responsible for every trading, purchase, and risk decision.
Public Research and Third-Party Information
Broker, exchange, prop-firm, platform, price, restriction, offer, and rule information can change without notice. We work to make public research useful and source-aware, but we do not guarantee that every listing or comparison is complete, current, or available in your country. Verify material terms with the relevant provider before paying, connecting an account, or relying on a rule.
AI-Assisted and Calculated Output
AI-assisted responses and calculated results depend on the information supplied, selected assumptions, and available system context. Review important outputs against the underlying trades, rules, and primary sources. Do not use TSB as an automated decision-maker for live trading or as a substitute for professional advice.
Payments and Billing
Prices, included products, access duration, and payment type are shown on the applicable product page or checkout. Card transactions may be sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Supported crypto transactions may be processed through a separate checkout flow or blockchain network. The relevant provider's buyer, payment, tax, and transaction terms also apply.
You authorize the payment required for your order and agree that transaction, entitlement, and support records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Prices and future offers may change; completed purchases are not repriced retroactively.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product, payment method, delivery or use state, payment-provider rules, and mandatory law. The current unified rules and request path are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Third-Party Services
TSB may connect to or link to brokers, exchanges, Notion, payment providers, email services, AI providers, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for a third party's availability, data, security, acts, or changes, but we remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Except for your content and identified third-party material, TSB's software, design, branding, research presentation, original copy, and product materials are owned by or licensed to Trader's Second Brain and protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited rights expressly stated in these Terms.
Changes, Availability, and Termination
We may improve, replace, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, payment disputes, non-payment, or a material breach of these Terms. If we materially discontinue a core paid product, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice or an appropriate transition where practical and legally required.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular trading outcome, compatibility with every data source, or permanent availability of third-party integrations. Mandatory warranties and consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trader's Second Brain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law without overriding mandatory rights that apply in your place of residence. If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. A payment-provider agreement may separately govern the transaction between you and that provider.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as products, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version applies from the published “Last updated” date unless a later effective date is stated. Where required, we will provide additional notice of a material change.
